Important Alerts Guests should be aware of the following: Construction Updates The resort will be undergoing a complete renovation of the Exterior and Interior of the Camelia & Magnolia buildings from Nov. 22, 2025, through Jan. 30, 2026. Please expect to see contractors and hear construction noise during your upcoming stay. From approximately Sept. 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. Cashless Resort There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. General Property Updates Our resort is located within Sea Pines, which requires a $9 USD entrance fee to access the community. On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner reservations and other vacation ownership package reservations. Only one (1) car per villa. RVs, Trailers, motorcycles, and commercial/company vehicles are not permitted in Sea Pines. Durable Medical Equipment If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. On-demand shuttle service (seasonal) is available between Marriott's Monarch and overflow parking lots 1 & 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday through Friday.
