Sea turtles are protected by federal, state, county, and city acts and ordinances. You can help by keeping the beach dark at night, picking up litter and potential barriers, reporting any issues you discover, and being mindful of sea turtle nesting areas, which are present from March to October. Learn more about sea turtle conservation. Cashless Resort There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment. Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. Construction Updates Beginning Sept. 8. to Nov. 25, 2025, Vistana Beach Club will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment. In addition, the South end of our Ocean Front Building will undergo extensive concrete work during this time which will involve noisy concrete demolition at times, and workers moving around guest areas, particularly at the South end of Building 1. We are sorry for the inconvenience during this time. General Property Updates On-site parking is $15 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.
